Overview We are seeking a meticulous and organised Client Accounts Assistant to join our real estate client in Central London. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate processing of financial transactions, maintaining client accounts, and assisting in reconciliation and reporting tasks. Our client is experiencing growth with new ownership since the start of 2025 and has a strong pipeline of new properties heading into the New Year. Description Maintain and update client financial records accurately and efficiently. Process payments and invoices in a timely manner. Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for internal and external use. Support the accounting and finance team with daily operations. Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure compliance with regulations. Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding their accounts. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial processes. Profile A successful Client Accounts Assistant should have: Experience in accounting or finance; property experience highly desirable. Strong numeracy and analytical skills. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and organisational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £30-35k. Full study-support package offered. Central London location, 4x per week in the office.
