This role offers fantastic opportunity to develop within a supportive & dynamic environment, working closely with customers across a range of industries.The Role You’ll work closely with the wider sales team to provide first-class service to customers – managing incoming enquiries, preparing quotes, and identifying opportunities to develop accounts further.Managing the sales & enquiries inbox, ensuring all quotes and requests are responded toActing as main point of contact for your allocated customers, providing support & advicePreparing & following up on quotes, ensuring accurate pricing & converting into salesMaking outbound sales calls to develop new business and strengthen existing relationshipsLiaising with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of orders & resolution of customer queriesAddressing any pricing, delivery, or service issues and ensuring a positive outcome for the customerAttending sales meetings, training sessions, ad occasional customer or trade eventsAbout you We’re looking for someone who is:Experienced in sales, account management, or customer service within a B2B environment (construction, distribution, or manufacturing experience would be ideal)Highly organised and able to manage multiple enquiriesConfident using Excel & CRM systemsA strong communicator who enjoys speaking with customers and building rapportTarget-driven and proactive, with the ability to identify new opportunitiesAble to work well in a team environment while taking ownership of your own workloadFull UK driving licence required for occasional travel to events or client sitesWhat’s on offerMonday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm£26,500 - £28,000pa DOEPerformance-related bonusSupportive & collaborative team cultureOpportunities for long-term progressive & developmentIf you’re looking for a new challenge in a customer-focused sales role and want to join a company that truly values its people, we’d love to hear from you.
