**Introduction**

We’re looking to expand our team with a Junior Marketing Analyst so that we can continue to develop our offering. Your primary focus will be on continuous quality improvements to, and the delivery of new products and features, to our website cutmyplastic.co.uk. We are flexible with working locations, but during the probationary period would prefer a focus on working in the office as you settle into the team. At the office, you will be right at the heart of the operations with the inspiring Founder, Managing Director, Customer Services, and Manufacturing all on location.

**The Role**:
Working alongside Digital Marketing, PPC, Web Development, and Operations, you’ll be providing value and touching on operations from across the business. You will get the opportunity to work on a range of projects where you’ll be exposed to a wide variety of web platforms and industry verticals.

Being part of a small, but growing team will mean you have to be happy to get stuck in and involved with areas that aren’t necessarily part of your usual role. It also means that you get to be involved in conversations and decisions regarding the current and future projects - all opinions and input are appreciated and considered.

You will report to the Head of Digital.

**Responsibilities**:
We are after an analytical and technically-minded individual who is keen to get fully invested in the world of SEO and PPC. Assistance in System Management will be required, so computer literacy is a must.
- Produce regular reports for both internal and external stakeholders reporting on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis as required.
- Track and monitor ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns;
- Undertake market research as required to include mystery shopping, competitor analysis, market trends, demographics, pricing strategies and other relevant information for Sales & Marketing decision making and planning;
- Ensuring a strong SEO performance of the websites by constructing keyword research and backlink analysis to develop an informed SEO strategy and working alongside our Digital Marketer to create strong and performant on-page SEO
- Maintain PPC Product Feed health, and monitor and optimise approval rates for Ads
- To assist in reporting and data analysis including product and service performance, site health reports
- Assistance in maintaining the CMS, CRM, and PIMS
- To support other roles and areas as required

**Essential Skills**:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Capability to ensure accuracy in manipulating, analysing and presenting data, with excellent attention to detail and an ability to distinguish between reliable and unreliable data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present research data in a clear and concise way to proactively impact sales outcomes
- Passionate for learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest best practices and algorithm updates
- Be able to think and act like an entrepreneur, spotting opportunities and finding solutions fuelled by a 'test and learn' mind-set

**Bonus Points For**:

- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experienced with PPC and product feeds
- Knowledge of Screaming Frog
- Experience with GA: UA and GA4
- Experience with DataStudio or other database reporting systems
- A passion for technology and computer systems
