Typically job titles of decision makers you'll speak to will be Head of Finance, Finance Director, Head of Payroll.As you grow and develop in the role you'll begin to work through a progression pathway that can lead Account Executive - where you're closing huge deals yourself All of this is achievable within the first 2 years of the role.What do I need to bring?Huge hunger & desire to start a sales careerConfidence, relationship building and credibility to build relationships with C-Suite ExecutivesThe resilience and determination to work towards targetsCommutable 3 times per week to StainesWhat is the package offered?£34,850 base salary£50,000 OTE (Uncapped)25 days holiday + bank holidaysOpportunity to qualify for 'presidents club' company trips abroadAll applications will be managed by BMS Performance, market leading in sales recruitment.
