Job Description My client, based in North Nottinghamshire, are seeking an Employee Relations professional to join their team. The Role: Bring energy and purpose to initiatives that unite teams Coordinate internal communications, celebrate achievements, and create campaigns that spotlight the people who make the company extraordinary. Support events, wellbeing programmes, and community activities that strengthen the sense of togetherness, occasionally stepping in after hours to make moments memorable. Help deliver engaging onboarding experiences that immerse new starters into the company culture from day one. Drive charity and social value initiatives, ensuring collective efforts are visible and celebrated. Gather and interpret employee insights to shape meaningful change and ongoing engagement. Contribute fresh ideas, designs, and storytelling flair to enhance culture and communication projects. Research and introduce best practices in wellbeing, engagement, and culture to keep the company thriving. Plan, monitor, and track culture and engagement budgets to ensure every initiative delivers value and impact. The Candidate: Experience supporting People, Culture, Communications, or Events functions. Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and visual, with confidence presenting ideas and crafting compelling messages. Tech-savvy and creative - proficient in Microsoft Office; design skills in Canva (or similar tools) are a bonus. Proven ability to organise, coordinate, and deliver memorable campaigns or events. Understanding of ESG principles and a passion for creating positive social impact. Relevant qualifications (or working towards one) in Business, HR, Events, Administration, Communications, or Marketing. Comfortable gathering and analysing feedback, from surveys to awards programmes. A Full UK Driving Licence. INDC Apply Apply
