At M Group Energy we're enabling the energy essential to support our lives.

We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.

What will you be doing?

We're looking for a
Bid Coordinator
to join our team in our
Nottingham
office on a
hybrid
basis (Min 2 days in the office).

Within the role you will be working closely with the Energy Division "bid team", you will support the delivery of planned growth targets across through the delivery of winning bids, proposals and presentations.

  • Manage third party opportunity sites and client portals.
  • Manage the bidding email address ensuring all emails are distributed in a timely manner.
  • Manage Prequalification Questionnaires, liaising with internal stakeholders to meet client deadlines
  • Maintain an organised repository of bid templates, reusable content, and past submissions.
  • Setup SharePoint sites and Bid Folders for new opportunities.
  • Assist the Bid Managers with live tenders.
  • Manage bids folders for auditing purposes, ensuring that for each governance stage there is appropriate authorisation from the relevant Senior Management level.
  • Carry out any other duties when necessary to meet the varying demands of the business.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in Bid administration
  • An understanding of how coordinating the activities of multiple functions to provide input to specific bids / tenders meet high level quality expectations
  • GCSE English Grade 4/C
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Effective communicator
  • Highly organised
  • Team orientated

Desireable:

  • Experience of third party bidding sites
  • Knowledge, previous experience and network within the utilities sector
