If you are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: Handling incoming calls, post, and emails Validating complaints and resolving issues promptly and efficiently, seeking guidance when necessary. Coordinating customer care technicians, suppliers, and engineers to resolve issues and schedule appointments. Ensuring work is carried out to the satisfaction of the customer. Updating and maintaining records Bringing persistent faults to the attention of your Manager Categorising works effectively to minimise costs. Developing an understanding of the Reporting Process and assisting with defect logging when required. Processing reports Attending necessary meetings to support job performance. Complying with and upholding company policies and procedures. Undertaking any additional tasks as required. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service or administration role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
