If you are great at juggling tasks with a pro-active mindset, this is for you This is a fully office based position, with excellent benefits including a discretionary annual bonus scheme.  DUTIES INCLUDE: Assess credit risk and review reports to approve new accounts Call customers to resolve bounced DDs, collect debts, and arrange payment plans Resolve disputes and escalate non-payers to management Generate and send weekly KPI reports to Directors Issue credit notes with proper documentation Perform daily bank reconciliation and post receipts Support general credit control tasks, including inbox management, cheque banking, and holiday cover REQUIRED SKILLS: Ideally you should have previous credit control experience. You must have previous finance experience. Fantastic telephone manner. Able to multi-taks in a busy working environment.
