About the Job This hybrid position combines finance administration with office management responsibilities, supporting both day-to-day financial processes and the smooth running of the office environment. You will work closely with a small, supportive team and play a key role in ensuring both financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Duties will include: Managing credit control and bank reconciliations Processing supplier and customer invoices Maintaining accurate financial data entry Supporting compliance processes across the office Conducting routine office checks and coordinating facility testing Organising internal meetings and preparing meeting rooms Providing general administrative support and handling ad hoc office tasks About the Successful Applicant You’ll be a proactive and dedicated team player with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in administrative duties is desirable. A supportive attitude and willingness to get involved across a range of tasks will be key to thriving in this role. Access to a car would be helpful due to the office location.
