Excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join this dynamic, past paced role working for a well known household brand.
This role is a true business partnering position supporting the commercial Finance Director, Sales and Commercial director with all commercial decisions and driving and supporting aggressive growth plans.
As the finance expert, you will partner closely with these directors and provide robust performance reporting to enable key commercial insight.
This role is offering a hybrid contract, with 1-2 weekly visit into the HQ or regional offices.
**Key responsibilities;**
- To provide support to the Senior Leadership team in understanding Independent and Manufacturing sales and margin trends. This will require robust challenge of the daily, weekly and monthly reporting / KPI's used by management to drive business performance
- Support the Commercial Director in developing processes and tracking to better understand end to end cost prices
- Provide the Senior management team insight in understanding customer and product profitability
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities in sales and margin trends
- Develop the customer sales and margin budget process.
- Coordinate the forecasting and annual budgeting process for sales and monitoring performance against budgets on a monthly basis, taking corrective action where necessary
**You must be a qualified accountant with minimum 3 years PQE and be able to demonstrate driving performance within a similar role.
