**Butler Rose are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner for an exciting and challenging opportunity within a well-known and recognised Oxfordshire organisation.**:

- **Hybrid / Remote desk - must be available for meetings at their offices**_

This role will reach out to the wider business and you will look to develop strong relationships to develop business models for services and contribute to the development of management information provided internally and externally.
**Other duties will include**:

- Liaise with budget holders to investigate and resolve queries
- To produce monthly budget reports and other ad-hoc reports, and ensuring budgetary controls are maintained
- To assist with the preparation with the annual budgets
- Oversight of the treasury management function, processing of special payments and updating daily cash flow
- To carry out monthly reconciliation of all retention balance as well as ensuring all supporting documentation is maintained, and ensure balances are not held for longer than necessary
- To liaise with managers across the business in investigating and resolving any discrepancies
- To work with the team in facilitating effective internal audit and external audit as well as ad hoc consultancy reviews as required
**Key requirements**
- Qualified / Part qualified (actively studying) accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or AAT /QB
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid Budget preparation exposure and the ability to work with Senior Managers / Directors
- Strong numerical skills with attention to detail and accurac
- Creative, with ability to develop and implement new ways of working, and proactive and solution oriented
- Professional approach to successfully interact with other employees and external
- Business awareness and commercial acumen
- Demonstrated commitment to change and continuous improvement
