Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and caring Neonatal Nurse to join our team for daytime shifts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care, delivering high standards of care, and supporting families during a crucial period. As a member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional clinical care in a nurturing and family-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, specialized nursing care for newborns in the neonatal unit. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Support parents and families, ensuring they feel informed, involved, and comfortable in their child’s care. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform routine procedures in line with neonatal protocols. Maintain accurate records and adhere to hospital policies and procedures. Actively participate in continuous professional development and contribute to the improvement of neonatal services. About You: Registered Nurse with current NMC registration. Previous experience in neonatal nursing or relevant paediatrics experience is essential. Possession of PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) membership and QIS (Qualified in Specialty) certification. Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to supporting newborns and their families. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
