As a Neonatal Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing specialised care to newborns and premature infants in our neonatal unit. Your expertise and care will make a significant difference in the lives of the newborn patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert nursing care to neonates, including premature infants, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met. Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including neonatologists, paediatricians, and respiratory therapists, to provide comprehensive care. Educate and support parents in caring for their newborns, including breastfeeding guidance and post-discharge care instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and stay updated on the latest neonatal nursing best practices. Qualifications: Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration as a Neonatal Nurse. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. Previous experience in neonatal nursing is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
