About the Role As a Business Growth Partner, you'll manage a portfolio of recruitment entrepreneurs, providing strategic guidance and mentorship to help them build and scale their businesses. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your recruitment expertise while developing others' success stories. Key Responsibilities Your mission will be to drive the growth and success of recruitment entrepreneurs through: Strategic business coaching and tailored growth plans Hands-on mentorship in business development and leadership Goal setting and performance tracking Problem-solving and obstacle removal Resource provision and tools implementation Regular business reviews and plan adjustments The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who brings: Proven experience in recruitment, with a track record of success Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to inspire and motivate others A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred) Rewards and Development We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and expertise: Base salary ranging from £30,000 to £48,000 Performance-based commission structure tied to portfolio growth Career progression across three levels: Level 1 (£28k-£33k): For those with intermediate experience and coaching background Level 2 (£33k-£38k): For established recruitment professionals with startup or coaching experience Level 3 (£38k-£48k): For qualified coaches with proven NFI growth track record and high-end mentoring experience Success Metrics Your impact will be measured through: Portfolio NFI growth Headcount expansion within your portfolio 80% client renewal rate Ready to Take the Next Step?
