Their refill-first, natural cleaning products have driven exceptional growth and national recognition, including:• #1 in the 2025 FEBE Growth 100• #9 in the 2025 Sunday Times 100The RolePurdy & Figg is seeking a Supply Chain Finance professional to sit at the heart of its operations. Reporting to CFO, you will work closely with the COO, Supply Chain and Operations teams to drive financial insight, strengthen cost efficiency and support scalable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Fulfilment teams to analyse performance and cost driversBuild and maintain costing and COGS models, tracking variances and operational efficiencySupport annual budgeting, reforecasting and performance reviewsMaintain accurate product costings and analyse margin performance across products, channels and regionsDevelop KPIs for manufacturing, co-packing and fulfilment partnersProvide scenario modelling for capacity planning, make-versus-buy decisions and NPDEnsure accurate accounting for inventory, variances and supply chain accrualsSupport month-end processes and help enhance systems, controls and data integrityAbout YouQualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with up to c.2 years PQEStrong FP&A or commercial finance experience within supply chain, manufacturing, FMCGSkilled in financial modelling, costing, and operational analysisConfident working with stakeholders and influencing decisionsKnowledge of inventory accounting and standard costingDesirable: experience in fast-growth scale-ups, DTC, Unleashed, Xero or WMS systemsLocation & Working ModelHybrid role across Hemel Hempstead, London HQ and key manufacturing/3PL sites, with a minimum of 3 days per week across locations.If you’re excited by the idea of joining a mission-driven, high-growth brand and playing a pivotal role in its next chapter, we’d love to hear from you.Please get in touch with Jonathan King at Eutopia Search or click apply.
