As a medium-sized company, it offers a collaborative and professional environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to clients.Job DescriptionManage and maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Assist with the recruitment process, including arranging interviews and onboarding new hires.Support the coordination of employee training and development programmes.Handle queries from employees related to HR policies and procedures.Prepare HR-related documentation, such as contracts and letters.Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection standards are upheld.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes.The Successful ApplicantA successful HR Admin should have:Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a Human Resources or professional services environment.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.What's on OfferCompetitive salary in the range of £27,000 to £33,000 per annum.25 days of holiday plus bank holidays and an additional Christmas break.Hybrid working arrangements to support work-life balance.Numerous opportunities for professional development and career progression.This HR Admin position in Bristol is an excellent opportunity to grow within the professional services industry.
