This role will be providing compassionate support to vulnerable young people, helping to develop life skills and independence. Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact in their lives? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Worker (RCW) to join our team and provide high-quality care in a supportive residential setting. About the Role: As an RCW, you’ll be working directly with children and young people who may present with complex needs, emotional and behavioural difficulties, or trauma backgrounds. Your role will be to offer consistent care, build trusting relationships, and help them achieve their potential in a safe and nurturing environment. Why Join Us?
