Facilities Administrator - Data Centre Project - Cardiff - 6-Month Contract This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry. Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of a Facilities Administrator. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements. Responsibilities: Administrative duties for the Operations Team. Liaise with customers and contractors for maintenance planning. Upload all work reports to SharePoint including planned maintenance reports, callouts & remedial / project works. Update departmental trackers, such as competency registers, insurance register, waste carriers trackers, etc. Update and maintain weekly ops tracker showing all planned works for the past and upcoming weeks Deal with general enquires General administration and maintain company records Process Quotations and Raise Purchase Orders Raise Access & Delivery Requests Raise Access to Work Permits for all contractors attending site Requirements: Proven experience of working in a facilities department and/ or dealing with customers / contractors, preferred. Ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and company ticketing systems, Service Now.
