Jake wakes up every day with a smile on his face, he likes to take his dog for a walk, go swimming or be in the local coffee shop. Jake volunteers at the Parkrun at the weekends where he has lots of friends. He also works one afternoon a week at a local social enterprise. Jake enjoys bowling and also trying new things. Jake lives at home with Dad in a rural area and is looking to get his own tenancy soon. Jake requires support with all aspects of daily life, he has his own car which his wheelchair can fit into to make it easier for him to access his local community.
