Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. Each person we support has different support needs, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.

Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.

We have vacancies in our Flexi services, these are people who require mínimal support to live in their own homes, some of this support is just to check in and ensure the PWS have taken their Medication or support with mail and appointments. Other support could be shopping and meal planning or preparation. Within a typical day you could visit multiple people and travel time is included.
