These roles will support a small caseload of individuals with a range of needs who are looking to move into work, enabling them to find the right opportunities and sustain the roles through in-work support. The coaches will also need to be skilled in working with employers to support them to make their roles accessible and sustainable. Growing and maintaining a strong employer base will be a central part of these exciting new roles.Skills and KnowledgeAt CXK we are proud to be a disability confident and equal opportunities employer. We actively promote diversity within our workforce and welcome applications from all sections of the community.Minimum CriteriaAn understanding of the employment needs, and challenges faced by people who experience labour market exclusionExperience of working with individuals on a one-to-one basis, developing personalised plans and goal settingExperience of managing a range of tasks at any one time, and holding positive relationships with different stakeholdersFull UK drivers’ licence and use of own vehicleCore CompetenciesMaths and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)Experience working in employment services supporting people to obtain or keep workProven experience of meeting and exceeding outcomes and targetsAn understanding of the employment needs, and challenges faced by people who experience labour market exclusionExperience of working with someone on a one-to-one basisExperience of providing supported employment servicesResponsible for liaising with employers to facilitate effective communication and coordinationPlease click here to view the job description and person specification.Employee ExperienceA career with CXK is rewarding work, enabling you to fulfil your potential.
