As Pastry Head Chef you will work alongside our Executive Chef and be responsible for all aspects of our pastry kitchen. You will be catering for a range of outlets across our luxury estate including our 2 Rosette fine dining restaurant, brasserie, afternoon tea, room service and banqueting.

Head Pastry Chef Attributes/Experience:
- Enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and develop a team
- Have a positive 'can do' attitude with the ability to multitask and maintain quality levels at all time
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role
- NVQ level 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent is desirable
