Corporate Actions Manager My client is seeking a Corporate Actions Manager for its UK and International offices. The successful candidate will oversee Corporate Actions processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal client experience. This is a technical role with a focus on process improvement and management. The Corporate Actions Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Corporate Actions processes across different jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing optimal client experience. The successful candidate will be expected to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and to work with internal stakeholders to make changes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the monitoring of all new and ongoing Corporate Actions for risk assessment and ensure processes are being met within relevant deadlines and timeframes and in line with all regulatory requirements. Review and sign off completed Corporate Action files prior to filing. Perform 6 eye checking procedures as required. Collaborate, review and report regular and accurate Management information to relevant parties. Identify market key issues, upcoming initiatives, tax treatments and regulatory changes that will impact the business. Required knowledge & Experience: Solid experience in wealth management or banking operations with evidence of strong leadership qualities. Excellent knowledge of the Corporate Action processes and workflows. Tax Knowledge relating to both Income and Capital events. Ability to obtain a solid understanding of Custodian process. Good understanding of banking and wealth management regulations across the UK and International jurisdictions of the Crown Dependencies escalating areas of concern or issue in a timely manner.
