Our client, a leading Media Productionpany whom specialise in bringing philosophy/big ideas into public life, are looking to recruit an experienced, personable Education Partnerships Manager to join their growing team. Working on a hybrid basis with the potential to significantly grow your position as thepany scales, this is an amazing opportunity for the right candidateOur client have been established for over 15 years, and have grown exponentially in that time (over 120 FTE in their very sociable London office). They offer incredible content to their dedicated client base which not only provides amazing insights into very thought-provoking topics, but also allows educational bodies to utilise their resource to challenge/further educate their own students. Due to their growth, they are now seeking the perfect candidate to line-manage a small team whilst owning the development of new business across Universities/Schools within the UK. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:- Developing new business with Universities/Schools across the UK through outreach/meetings- Owning the sales cycle from initial conversation to close- Selling thepany's content on a subscription basis, converting individual sales into long-term relationships- Managing a small team of 3 FTE to meet and exceed their own sales/revenue targets- Adopting a very consultative approach to identify specific/bespoke needs of each and every client- Increasing/diversifying spend of existing client baseIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:- Minimum 2 years' experience of generating new business in the Education market (ideally from a Publishing background)- Proven track record of exceeding sales/revenue target(s)- Motivation to not only earn additional money inmission, but also to grow/develop meaningful client relationships- Inspiring approach to work (positive/dynamic/results-focused)- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)- Fun, sociable personalityLine management experience is not essential, however any candidates with experience of leading others will be considered at the very top end of the salary range.In addition to a verypetitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:- Uncappedmission structure (paid monthly – realistic Year One OTE: £85,000)- Hybrid-working model (3 days in the office / 2 days working from home)- Incredible progression opportunitiesOur client are looking to move very quickly on this, so any interested candidate(s) are urged to apply at their earliest convenience #4751254 - David Blake
