Position Overview

We are seeking a 
Business Development Manager (University Partnerships)
 to join our London HQ. The ideal candidate will lead the development and expansion of UK and global university partnerships, manage institutional relationships, and support growth opportunities across our education and technology divisions.

This part-time position (3 days per week) is ideal for professionals experienced in 
higher education business development, partnerships, or international recruitment
 who want to contribute to a fast-growing education brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with 
    UK and international universities, colleges, and training providers
    .
  • Negotiate and formalise 
    agency agreements, MoUs, and partnership proposals
     with institutional partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 
    international offices, recruitment managers, and pathway providers
    .
  • Work closely with the 
    Director of Partnerships
     to expand B2B and university alliance portfolios.
  • Support development of 
    regional recruitment hubs
     in South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Contribute to 
    marketing and recruitment campaigns
    , partnership meetings, and education expos.
  • Research university partnership trends, commission models, and recruitment policies to inform strategic planning.
  • Prepare 
    monthly partnership and performance reports
     for the leadership team.
  • Coordinate 
    due diligence, compliance, and QA documentation
     for institutional sign-ups.
  • Represent Vive Education Group professionally at events, online meetings, and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

  • Experience in 
    university partnerships, business development, or international education
    .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the 
    UK higher education landscape
    .
  • Proactive, target-driven, and relationship-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones.
  • Must have the 
    right to work in the UK
    .
