As a Partnership Manager, you’ll be the face of our brand – identifying new opportunities, forming meaningful partnerships, and showcasing our tech solutions to schools. You’ll drive strategic growth by developing new, lapsed, and existing school relationships, increasing bookings, and supporting the long‑term success of our clients. This role blends business development, relationship management, strategic thinking, and hands‑on sales expertise – perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, tech‑led environment. The Role Technology-led Growth Lead engaging platform demos and present the full suite of Engage services, including apprenticeships. Own your pipeline – proactively generating meetings, demos, and opportunities beyond marketing activity. Business Development & Sales Target new schools and expand our reach across CCS/framework, PSL, and PSA channels. Drive re‑engagement with lapsed schools, turning dormant relationships into high‑value partnerships. Deliver compelling proposals, lead pitches, and secure new business both virtually and in person. Relationship & Partnership Management Build strong, long‑term school relationships that maximise value and drive repeat bookings. Collaborate across Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Account Management to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional client experience. Strategic & Operational Develop growth strategies to expand Engage’s footprint and revenue. Oversee partnership agreements, ensuring contracts meet compliance and company standards. Track and report performance metrics – including forecasted days, volumes, and gross margin to identify opportunities for improvement. Brand & Market Presence Represent Engage at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. What we’re looking for Tech‑savvy, confident in explaining CRM systems and demonstrating digital platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong relationship‑building and networking capability. Proven B2B sales experience – ideally with a background in recruitment or school partnerships. Strategic mindset paired with hands‑on commercial drive. A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to influence at all levels. What’s in it for you?
