A small selection of what we have to offer is featured below:Private Client and Trusts Team – Jersey (Assignment 17771)Advise and represent clients on complex international trust and private wealth disputes, including litigation management from start to hearings.Draft legal documents, conduct research, and shape litigation strategies while delivering high-quality client service.1–6 years’ PQE with strong academic background, private client or commercial litigation experience, and excellent drafting and communication skills.Investment Funds & Corporate – Guernsey (Assignment 17740)Advise global clients on investment funds and corporate matters while supporting the firm’s growth in the Channel Islands.Build client relationships, deliver pragmatic legal advice, and contribute to business development and revenue growth.Minimum 5 years’ PQE in funds/corporate law (offshore experience preferred), with strong client service and commercial focus.Investment Funds & Corporate – Jersey (Assignment 17730)Work on a broad range of investment funds matters for global corporations, financial institutions, and fund managers.Support senior colleagues on complex mandates and contribute to building strong client relationships.NQ–5 years’ PQE (funds experience advantageous), with commercial awareness, client focus, and collaborative approach.Corporate M&A – Jersey (Assignment 17668)Advise on complex cross-border corporate and M&A matters for an international client base.Work within a collaborative team delivering technically excellent, commercially focused solutions.Newly Qualified Associate with strong academic credentials and recent corporate/M&A seat experience preferred.Dispute Resolution – Guernsey (Assignment 17625)Manage cases with minimal partner input, act as main client contact, and deliver high-quality legal advice.Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development and market knowledge.5+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation with proven expertise and strong client relationship skills.Litigation – Guernsey (Assignment 17622)Focus on insolvency and restructuring, advising on debt management, liquidation proceedings, and related disputes.Handle both preventative restructuring measures and complex litigation in a fast-paced environment.3–5 years’ PQE, strong academic background, and commonwealth-qualified with proven insolvency expertise.
