Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Complex Needs & Autism Specialist School Location: Cambridgeshire Start: ASAP or January Contract: Full-timeAbout the Setting: A modern, purpose-built SEND provision for children with complex learning needs, including ASD, speech and language difficulties, and cognition & learning challenges. The environment is structured, supportive, and collaborative.The Role: We’re recruiting LSAs to support across primary and secondary phases, helping pupils access a personalised curriculum and develop independence.Responsibilities: Support learning in class and through individual interventions Assist with sensory, communication, and social development Implement EHCP targets Use visual aids, communication tools, and structured routines Work as part of a multidisciplinary team Ideal Candidate: Experience with ASD, MLD, or complex needs Strong relationship-building skills Patient, enthusiastic, and proactive Collaborative and willing to learn All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
