Role OverviewThe Marketing Assistant/Administrator supports the Business Development Director and architectural team by coordinating day-to-day administrative activities, assisting with marketing campaigns, managing digital content, and facilitating effective communication across teams. This office-based role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure the smooth delivery of all marketing and project-related initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesInclude but are not limited to:Prepare high-quality presentations, planning documents, reports, and marketing materials.Manage invoices, purchase orders, and supplier documentation with accuracy and efficiency.Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing campaigns across relevant channels.Organise team meetings, prepare minutes, and monitor progress on action items.Support the organisation of corporate events and business meetings, including logistics, registrations, catering and post-event follow-ups.Upload, update, and maintain website content using CMS platforms.Create, schedule, and monitor social media content and engagement.Liaise with PR and marketing agencies to support ongoing campaigns.Assist with bid management and client onboarding, including preparing PQQs and competency questionnaires.Maintain and update the bid library, ensuring case studies, CVs, and supporting materials are current.Support Directors and Architects with administrative tasks.Oversee and follow up on outstanding customer invoices to ensure timely payment.Assist with digital marketing activities and manage the marketing database and mailing lists.Attends workshops and conferences when requestedMonitor and maintain stock levels of marketing collateral and office stationery.Provide reception, housekeeping and general front office duties.Skills & Experience – EssentialPrevious experience in a marketing or administrative role.Experience of B2B marketing.Strong organisational and administrative skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good understanding of digital marketing (i.e. social media, email campaigns).Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.On-the-job training will be given in our processes and systems.Skills & Experience – Desirable Experience working in the property/construction or professional services sectors.Conversant with design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Canva (training will be provided).
