- We will help you build your knowledge and experience of running paid media activity.
- And you will get experience with both Digital Strategy and Digital Activation, which is quite a unique experience for your profile.

**Job Details**:
**What we would like you to assist with, within our buying and finance brands, with the support and guidance of our Marketing Manager**:

- Development of organic social media plans.
- Creation and implementation of social media activity.
- Community management of our buying and finance brands’ social media accounts.
- Assisting with website testing.
- Reporting on organic social performance.
- Developing and uploading blog content.
- Compiling data for reporting.
- Producing internal documents and high-quality printing.
- Working on projects to grow our paid channels such as Google Ads, Facebook and Bing.
- Working to deadlines on project plans.
- Management of external agencies
- Create weekly mailing activity for purchasing and finance divisions.
- Monitor site performance using Google Analytics and ensure any anomalies are reported to the Marketing Manager.

**We need someone with**:

- Good oral and written communication.
- Positive and proactive “can-do” attitude.
- Comfortable on social media platforms.
- Previous exposure to Google and Facebook Ads.
- Competent user of Microsoft products: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Deadline orientated.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience would be advantageous.
- Automotive knowledge is an advantage but not essential.

We think you’ll prefer to work in the unique ‘office’, but once you have settled and built relationships, we are happy to accommodate hybrid working.

**Salary**: 25 - 30k depending on your experience.

Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30
