**JOB OVERVIEW**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Sales and Marketing Executive with excellent communication skills and strong sales skills. Someone able to understand technical products and convey the benefits to potential clients.

The individual will be multi skilled and involved in a range of activities including market research, lead generation and digital marketing, working in an environment where they can develop professionally and play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitiousgrowth objectives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Market investigation and research and building and maintaining databases
- Logging and updating client enquiries along with product and services sales in CRM (customer relationship management software)
- Developing customer relationships and introducing them to new products and services
- Booking of sales appointments and following up on opportunities

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**
- Good IT skills and proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- An understanding of social media and digital marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative and confident with positive attitude and motivated to learn and develop
- Proven inside sales and tele-sales experience
- High level of English literacy and attention to detail required
- Outstanding customer service and inter-personal skills
