You will understand the programme budget and assist the HR TOM Programme Director in defining and delivering programmes of work that meet strategic objectives while managing associated risks. You will lead workstreams from initiation to closure, including handover to BAU and benefits realisation/measurement. Additionally, you will perform scenario modelling and planning against the baseline, leveraging data and analytics. You will establish appropriate governance structures to resolve or escalate risks and issues in line with established Barclays standards.
