We are currently recruiting for a HR Operations Project Manager, based in United Kingdom, working from our location in London. Initially this project will be on a temporary base for a period of 6 months. You will act as a key partner to the Head of HR Operations, and work closely together with the Center of Excellence and our HR Cluster Leads. In this position you will be responsible for developing the customer centric processes, procedures and systems in line with policy in the specific region(s), aligned with business needs while driving an organization that embraces a culture of inclusion and diversity. Are you an independent, unbiased and self managing individual who can take a vision and explore and propose solutions across, systems, processes, policy and paper based activities? Then we are looking for youYour tasks & responsibilities:To explore all HR Services across our businesses and HR/Finance responsibilities as required.Work with the Payroll Project Manager to ensure holistic capture of all services across projects.Identification and focus of top 5 Regional HR Processes.Identification of all activities and mapped alignment.Aligning and defining all HR Processes business, both regionally and country related.Identification of all areas of best practice(s) and weakness(es) for all areas.Defining and proposing the Menu of Services & level (if differentiated) for HR Services in Europe.Supporting the design of the Target Operating Model (TOM).Customer Guides, Training and Communications across all users and countries.Business Governance reporting and management; tracking and measurement, SLA's and Customer Satisfaction.Team Training on potential new structures and systems.Your key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, business, or a field related to the position or similar.2+ years business analysis and project management experience.Experienced in using Project Management tools.Eccellent knowledge of the English AND German language.Experience of working with, and gaining trust and cooperation, of colleagues in a complex, multi language matrix environmentStrong customer service focus, always looking at things from the customers perspectiveExperience of continuous improvement/alignment of HR services or similarExperience of implementation of systems and services in complex organisations with legacy terms and conditionsExcellent understanding of the design development and implementation of systems to gain maximum efficiency and RoIStrong process, data and systems orientation.Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World's Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World's Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.CompensationDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
