FACILITIES COORDINATOR - ONSITE - ABERDEEN - £12.21/HR + HOLIDAY PAY Robert Half are assisting a long-standing client with recruiting a Facilities Management for a 5 month assignmentResponsibilities: Carry out daily site/floor walks and inspections.Handle minor repairs, furniture moves, and meeting room setups.Support events and office moves.Respond to customer requests (Corrigo ticket system).Keep workspaces and collaboration areas ready for use.Maintain safety and cleanliness across the site.Collect and x-ray incoming mail and deliveries.Drive van around the site for deliveries and collections.Record and track courier packages.Manage Corrigo requests and issue tracking.Keep maintenance records up to date.Report recurring issues.Support compliance with clean desk and space-use policies.Requirements: Full clean UK driving licence (min 3 years) - must be able to drive site van.Customer-focused approach - professional and polite with clients.Hands-on/can-do attitude - flexible, proactive, willing to help with manual tasks.1-3 years' experience in a facilities or workplace management role.
