The Re-Engagement Officer plays a vital role in reviving relationships with previous clients, nurturing long-term partnerships, and maximising repeat business opportunities. The role suits a confident communicator with a passion for hospitality and relationship-driven sales. Responsibilities Reconnect with lapsed or dormant clients through personalised outreach to reignite interest in hospitality and corporate event experiences. Develop and implement structured re-engagement strategies to convert inactive accounts into loyal, returning customers. Build rapport and trust through consultative conversations, identifying upcoming business or entertainment needs. Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and activity reports in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on reactivation campaigns and client retention initiatives. Provide feedback on customer sentiment, market trends, and product opportunities. Consistently achieve re-engagement and revenue targets, contributing to the wider commercial success of the team. What we need from you Experience in sales, customer success, or account management, ideally within hospitality, events, or B2B services. Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, persuasive style. Proven ability to build rapport quickly and reignite customer interest. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing CRM systems. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a results-oriented environment.
