**The Role**

Sustainability is a key part of our ongoing business strategy. In order to deliver on our ambitions, we are looking for a Senior ESG Engagement Executive to support the ESG Manager in the delivery of both environment and social activities within our organisation.

This is a new role and will provide an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to help us develop as we scale the level of activity in our business.

The role will include cross-functional involvement, providing expansive opportunities for professional growth. This is a unique opportunity to work in a thriving organisation and help make an impact on the environment and communities in which the companyserves.

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Play a role in creating an organisational transition to sustainability, by driving forward the net zero, environmental and social agenda.
- Support in the development of and delivery of environmental and social (Motiv8) management programmes.
- Support in the coordination of our environmental (Net Hero Zero) and social (Motiv8) champions to deliver programmes of activity.
- Promote environmental and net zero carbon objectives and identify and build key relationships across the business to deliver on projects.

- Support the ESG Manager (Governance) in the delivery of reports, presentations and plans when required.
- Work with the wider communications team to ensure the timely promotion of environmental and social activity within Group channels of communication.

To achieve success in the role you will need to have excellent communication skills, listening and influencing skills, as well as the ability to inspire trust, think strategically, be decisive, and organise multiple consecutive work projects.

**Package**
- **?**Salary up to £35,000 (dependent on experience).
- Employee Benefits Program which includes 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company sick pay, life assurance, health care cash plan, 5% employer pension contribution when contributing 5%.
- Hybrid Working Model: 1 day minimum in office/4 days working remotely.
