Job summaryYour role will be to support the delivery of the Port's corporate stakeholder management strategy, being accountable for the administration and development of it's key statutory consultative bodies, internal engagement and assisting with the delivery of strategic-level engagement and overall stakeholder intelligence.You will tell the story of our people through our vision and values by utilising contemporary, engaging and inclusive communications to maximise impact and reach.Hours of work: 37.5hrs per week Monday - FridaySkills and QualificationsRelevant degree or equivalent , including Stakeholder Management qualification, and Internal Communication qualification, or: previous relevant experienceExperience in stakeholder engagement and management, both internal and externalExperience in stakeholder intelligenceExperience in internal communications rolesExperience of authoring content for internal social channels (e.g Viva Engage, Intranet, Digital Screens)Experience in marketing and media relationsExperience in event managementGood knowledge of Microsoft Office packages to an intermediate standardYou will also be required to occasionally handle media enquiries as part of an on-call rotaBenefits5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata)Generous contributory pension schemeDiscretionary annual bonus schemePrivate Health CareLife assuranceEmployee assistance programme3rd party discountsCycle to work schemeBenefits and reward platformFree ParkingEmployee volunteering schemeSalary: Up to £32k DOEAll offers of employment are subject to us obtaining satisfactory references (covering all education, training, employment and unemployment in the preceding 5 years) and there will be a pre-employment medical including a Drug and Alcohol test.
