As a Head of Commercial you will be responsible for: 

Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts Domestic & Commercial
Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships.
Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
Supporting sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets.
Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
Managing Budgets & resources.
Presenting strategies and results to the board
What You Will Bring

Degree qualified with strong commercial and sales management experience. 
Proven experience in a leadership role within the  building materials, construction or windows & door manufacturing industries is a must for this role.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong financial & commercial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and leading a diverse team.
A visionary mindset with a clear focus on achieving long-term goals.
