The Role
As a Lead Practitioner, you will:

Requirements
To be successful, you must:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have significant teaching experience in Science.
* Have a proven track record of improving student outcomes.
* Be an exceptional classroom practitioner with a deep understanding of effective pedagogy.
* Demonstrate leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for STEM education.
