About the Role
Aspire People is seeking an experienced Science Teacher to take on a key leadership position in one of our partner schools. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and innovative educator to drive excellence in teaching and learning across Science and STEM subjects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to raise attainment and engagement in Science and STEM subjects
- Support the professional development of staff within the department
- Lead on curriculum development and enrichment opportunities in Science and STEM
- Inspire a love for science and problem-solving in students
Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have significant teaching experience in Science
- Have a proven track record of improving student outcomes
- Be an exceptional classroom practitioner with a deep understanding of effective pedagogy
- Demonstrate leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues
- Show a strong commitment to ongoing professional development
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
