About the Role:
As a Residential Support professional, you will work closely with students who require additional assistance to overcome personal and educational challenges. Your role will be key in creating a nurturing and structured environment, enabling students to reach their full potential. Whether it’s providing one-on-one guidance or supporting group activities, you’ll play a vital part in their development.

Responsibilities of Residential Support role:

Provide emotional and practical support to students in residential settings.
Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
Assist with academic, social, and life-skills development.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and care teams.
Monitor and report student progress to maintain high standards of care and education.
Ensure that safeguarding and health & safety protocols are strictly followed.
Requirements for Residential Support role:

Experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential.
A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The ability to adapt to the needs of individual students and situations.
