Business Development Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join our client's team on a permanent basis.
The ideal cadidate will have prior experience of working within a Sales environment, either field or office based.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in generating new business opportunities in the BPO sector, identifying and engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce our services, supporting the creation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, and working closely with senior team members to learn best practices and gain experience in sales.
