HOURS: Mon-Fri (phone number removed)
TEAM: mental health nursing

Must be have at least 2 years experience in a similar role and live locally to commute.

This is a key and fast paced role in a busy community CAMHS team. The post holder will be required to undertake initial assessments for children and young people referred into the service, ensuring safeguarding, risk management and care planning are implemented to the highest standard, and at all times that the service offers effective patient-centred care. You will be supported by the Service Manager, Team Leader and other clinical staff. In addition to this Admin colleagues will help support around systems and recording data appropriately.

Additional Requirements

- Proven post qualifying experience
- Current NMC registration
- Commitment to patient care and the safety and well-being of vulnerable people
