About the Role

As a Social Worker, you'll work with children living with relatives, foster families, or in care settings, focusing on building meaningful relationships and championing their potential. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting regular visits, assessments, and care plan reviews.
Preparing reports and attending court when required.
Collaborating with Health Services, CAMHS, IROs, and carers.
Advocating for children's wishes and needs.Our team follows the Strengthening Families Framework, a strengths-based, relationship-focused approach to assessments, care plans, and case management.

About You

We're looking for experienced, passionate individuals with:

A recognised social work qualification and active HCPC/SWE registration.
Completion of ASYE and at least two years of post-ASYE experience within a Local Authority.
