Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Protocol Education

Location: Various schools within Buckinghamshire

Protocol Education, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to students with diverse learning needs in various schools within Buckinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teachers to implement and support individual education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support, assisting students in their academic and personal development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student engagement and independence.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
  • Help implement behavior management strategies and support students' social and emotional well-being.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
