We are working on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school located just outside of Beaconsfield, dedicated to supporting the growth and development of every child. We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated 1:1 Special Educational Needs (SEN) Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the team. The successful candidate will work closely with a specific child with additional learning needs, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experience, ensure inclusion, and promote independence.

Provide 1:1 support to a child with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their individual learning goals.
Support the child in social interactions and emotional regulation.
Ensure the child's well-being and safety at all times within the school environment.
Foster a positive, nurturing relationship with the child to boost confidence and encourage Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably in a 1:1 capacity.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
A good understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to the needs of the child.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.A relevant Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Experience in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, or other learning difficulties.
