Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation Management:
* Lead end-to-end project implementation for new services, systems, and development changes.
* Gather business requirements, define project scope, and create detailed implementation plans.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, aligning resources, timelines, and objectives.
* Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve conflicts.
* Provide training and support to teams affected by new implementations.
2. Continuous Improvement:
* Identify inefficiencies through data analysis, employee feedback, and stakeholder input.
* Develop and implement plans to optimise processes and enhance efficiency.
* Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of improvements.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage innovation.
* Champion Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Experience:
* Experienced in continuous improvement, project management, or a related role within operations.
* Knowledge of ERP systems focusing on warehouse functions within inventory control.
* Experience in a highly regulated industry with an understanding of batch traceability.
* Proven track record of leading and implementing improvement projects.
* Experience managing operational/production departments.
