About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Improvement Lead to join our team at CV Library. As a Performance Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for analysing performance data, identifying business needs, developing solutions for business challenges, working closely with internal and external key stakeholders, producing regular and ad-hoc reports, and being the primary contact for external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse performance data and information, including validation and interpretation of internal and external data.
- Develop strategic insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
- Support implementation of new initiatives and projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal and external key stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave rising to 30 days with length of service plus public holidays and your birthday off, company pension and life assurance, wellbeing support through an Employee Assistance Programme, and more.
