Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute business development initiatives to drive growth.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
Coach and inspire teams to achieve business development goals.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for collaboration.
Use CRM systems and analytics to unlock new work streams.
Research and support partnership and sponsorship opportunities.About You:

Proven experience in business development, within architecture, conveyancing, planning
Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results.
