We are recruiting for a Claims Team Support position on behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the energy industry. Join our client's dynamic and collaborative team as a Claims Team Support and play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Claims Team.
Summary:
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Location: Huthwaite, NG17
Pay Rate: £18.75 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to FridayResponsibilities:
Receive, log, and distribute all new claims promptly and accurately
Handle incoming and outgoing post efficiently
Manage purchase orders, invoices, and disbursements to ensure accurate financial records
Update the claims database using established procedures
Maintain the claims archive system meticulously
Respond to both verbal and written queries from internal and external customers
Handle calls related to Road Traffic Accidents in adherence to established procedures
Provide general administrative support to the Claims HandlersRequirements:
Previous clerical and administrative experience, demonstrating strong attention to detail
Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines effectively
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
A confident telephone manner for effective customer communication
Ability to work independently, showing initiative even in high-pressure situations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and WordIf you are an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional support, then we would love to hear from you.
